A Fun & Elegant Wedding at The Carrington in Buda, TX | Jenah & Josh

There are some weddings that remind you exactly why love stories are so special — and Jenah and Josh’s wedding at The Carrington in Buda, Texas was one of those.

On October 3rd, 2025, after over a decade together, these high school sweethearts finally said “I do” surrounded by the people who have loved them through every chapter of their journey.

From High School Hallways to Forever

Jenah and Josh’s story began quietly, in a classroom, where neither of them could have imagined they’d one day be standing side by side at the altar. What started as teenage friendship soon became something deeper and the kind of love that never stopped growing.

Now, let me tell you about this gorgeous AND unforgettable bride. Jenah is truly the life of the party — warm, outgoing, and always the one to make others laugh. She radiates light and kindness wherever she goes.

Josh balances her perfectly: calm, gentle, and deeply caring, and together, they bring out the best in each other. Watching them interact, it’s easy to see that their relationship has been built on years of understanding, patience, and unwavering love.

A Morning Filled With Emotion

The morning of the wedding carried that special kind of anticipation and the kind that’s both electric and tender.

The bridal suite felt alive with laughter and excitement, but there were moments of tenderness. When her father turned to see Jenah in her dress for the first time, his eyes filled with tears. He smiled and spoke, “Ever since I’ve had kids, I’ve become a softie.” It was such a small moment, but one that held so much love.

Not long after, Jenah shared an intimate first look with Josh. The second he turned around and saw his future wife, emotion washed over him. He cried, smiled, and held her close — the years of waiting for this moment finally coming to fruition.

A Celebration Full of Heart

Their ceremony, officiated by Josh’s father, couldn’t have been more beautiful. The couple spoke their vows surrounded by their loved ones sitting in mismatched antique chairs. The bridesmaids STUNNING dresses — color coordinated by the bride herself — added pops of color that filled the space with celebratory energy.

The altar itself was framed by lush greenery and soft floral touches, creating a beautiful backdrop against the rustic tones of The Carrington. When I say there wasn’t a dry eye in the room when Josh and Jenah exchanged their personal vows, I mean it.

After the ceremony, guests began spilled into cocktail hour, where the energy was light and full of joy. The reception design reflected Jenah and Josh perfectly — elegant but relaxed, with green runners, bud vases, and antique gold candle holders glowing softly across the tables.

When speeches began, Jenah’s parents moved everyone to tears as they shared memories from her childhood. Though there were alot of happy tears throughout the night, don’t fret, cause the maid of honor and the best man had the room laughing through their stories of growing up with the couple.

Dancing, Cake, and Unforgettable Moments

As dinner can to an end, it was PARTY TIME. The couple cut their cake from Sprinkles, a special nod to Jenah’s workplace! SO YUMMY!

The dance floor started on a tender note with all of the first dances, but came the surprise halfway through the father daughter dance. They started with “Stand by Me,” but then came a record scratch no one was expecting! The song shifted to “Family Tradition.” , and Jenah’s family joined them on the dance floor while laughter erupting as everyone joined in. That moment set the tone for the rest of the night: joyful, wild, and full of love.

From there, the dance floor was booming! Friends and family celebrating, singing, and dancing as if they never wanted the night to end. When it was finally time for their grand exit, Jenah and Josh made their way through a sea of cheers, heading straight to their after-party, still hand in hand, still smiling just as brightly as they did at the altar.

A Love That Feels Like Home

Jenah and Josh’s Buda, TX wedding was more than just a beautiful event — it was a celebration of everything they’ve built together over the last decade. Every glance, every laugh, every detail reflected who they are as a couple: kind, joyful, and endlessly in love.

It was the kind of wedding that reminds you that love isn’t about the perfect moment, it’s about the journey that leads you there.
