Hey Y’all! I’m Leesh!

I am a proud Japanese-American, born and raised in Austin but have spent a good chunk of my life in Shiga, Japan! I started Weddings Con Amore from my love for anything and everything romantic. I’ve been an arts girl forever — dancing, singing, playing instruments, drawing… if it was creative, I was doing it. With a degree in Violin Performance from a world-class conservatory, I knows exactly what it takes to plan, practice, and absolutely nail the performance (because let’s be real… a wedding day is one)!

As a kid, I would roam the paint aisles collecting every swatch that made her heart happy. Now? Same energy — just with fabrics, color palettes, and Canva boards. Some things never change.

My goal is simple: create a wedding that feels so you, you can’t believe it. They are the kind of design and experience you dreamed of…or didn’t even realize you needed! Big love, beautiful details, zero stress!

Some fun facts about me is that I have been playing the violin since I was three, and practiced almost every single day for 20 years! I have a huge stationary collection and just LOVE anything artsy! If you love feeling like you are in a romcom movie, I am your girl <3

Since the age of three, violin has pretty much been the center of my life. The story is, (according to my mother) I found a violin she had from her grandfather laying around, and I begged her non-stop until she would let me take lessons. As you can tell, the rest is history.

For years I practiced and practiced, went to lessons, and attended Oberlin Conservatory — one of the top music schools in the country — as a violin performance major. Though I LOVED it and still do, while gigging for weddings (ironically) I fell in love with the wedding industry.

Though I am a wedding planner, playing the violin is still my passion. I want to keep providing music for the couples who have dreamed of a romantic ceremony, and what better person to do that than a planner who already knows the ins and outs :)

Start planning your happily ever after with me.
